Executive Summary

A growing technology company is replacing fragmented access systems with a Unified IAM Platform. Core Factor’s solution centralizes authentication, enhances security, and streamlines identity and access management for users and administrators.

Key Challenges

• Disconnected login experiences across products and services
• Inconsistent authentication flows and repeated credential usage
• No centralized visibility into user sessions or access permissions
• Operational inefficiencies in onboarding, KYC tracking, and identity management

Solution

Core Factor is designing and implementing a Unified Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform that provides:

Single Sign-On (SSO) across all internal tools and customer-facing services
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) including OTP via SMS/email and biometric login via mobile
Mobile Identity App supporting QR login, one-tap authentication, biometric access, and self-service profile management
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) features including role-based access control (RBAC), session monitoring, and audit trails
CRM-integrated KYC Onboarding that syncs identity status, onboarding steps, and service-level entitlements across systems

As the organization expanded its digital services, its identity architecture became increasingly fragmented. Separate login systems across platforms resulted in operational inefficiencies, weakened user experience, and increased vulnerability to security risks. There was no unified mechanism for managing user access, tracking sessions, or enforcing consistent policies across teams and customer portals.

To address these challenges, Core Factor introduced a Unified Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform—a strategic backbone for identity control, security enforcement, and seamless user access across the enterprise.

The IAM solution delivers Single Sign-On (SSO) to eliminate repetitive logins, while Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a critical layer of security. A dedicated mobile identity app supports biometric login, QR code authentication, session management, and real-time notifications, enhancing both convenience and protection.

On the administrative side, the platform introduces a full Identity Governance framework, enabling internal teams to manage user provisioning, enforce role-based access control, review session logs, and audit platform usage. Integrations with the company’s CRM allow dynamic updates to identity status and real-time onboarding workflows, streamlining compliance and customer lifecycle management.

This project exemplifies Core Factor’s broader mission to remove friction, unify disjointed systems, and deliver clear, scalable infrastructure that empowers both users and teams. By embedding control into the foundation of access, the solution not only strengthens trust and security—it simplifies operations, improves responsiveness, and prepares the organization for reliable growth.
